True Vision Enterprises is a professional sales and marketing organization based in Orange, California. We specialize in retail brand representation — deploying trained sales representatives inside warehouse retailers like Costco to promote and sell products and services on behalf of our clients.
We are an authorized dealer for AT&T and represent Primo Water brands through in-store promotional campaigns. Our representatives provide personalized consultations, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs in a familiar retail environment.
True Vision Enterprises proudly represents AT&T as an authorized dealer, offering wireless and internet service consultations. We also represent Primo Water through in-store product campaigns inside leading warehouse retailers.

True Vision Enterprises is headquartered at 2200 W. Orangewood Avenue, Suite 235, Orange, California 92868. Our corporate office serves as the hub for training, operations, and administration.
However, our reach extends far beyond our headquarters. We currently operate across 572 network locations throughout our retail footprint, primarily inside Costco and other warehouse retailer locations. Our field teams are deployed across Southern California and beyond.
Our career pathway has four clear levels, each with structured training and advancement criteria:
- Entry Level — Begin with foundational sales training and hands-on field experience inside retail locations. Learn the products, the customers, and the True Vision way of doing business.
- Team Leadership — After demonstrating consistent performance, advance to advanced skills training and take responsibility for mentoring newer team members.
- Corporate Training — Enter Leadership Training II, developing the skills to manage markets, recruit talent, and drive results at a higher level.
- Management Staff — At the top of the pathway, receive Professional Advancement Training and take ownership of a market, building your own team and driving growth.
Advancement is 100% merit-based — there is no waiting period or seniority requirement. You advance when you earn it.
No prior experience in sales or marketing is required to apply for an entry-level position at True Vision Enterprises. We are looking for drive, coachability, and a strong work ethic — the rest we can teach.
Our comprehensive onboarding and training program is designed to take someone brand new to the industry and give them everything they need to succeed. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any role involving direct people interaction is a definite plus, but it is not a requirement.
Training at True Vision is comprehensive and ongoing. From day one, you receive field-specific training tailored to the products and environments you will be working in. This includes:
- Product knowledge training for AT&T plans, devices, and services
- Consultative selling techniques and customer communication skills
- Compliance and brand standards training
- Shadowing experienced team members in live retail environments
- Advanced leadership and management training as you progress
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Training is paid and begins before you ever step onto a retail floor.
All promotions at True Vision Enterprises are 100% merit-based. We do not promote based on tenure, who you know, or any factor other than your performance and demonstrated leadership ability.
To advance, team members must demonstrate consistent achievement of sales metrics, show the ability to mentor others, and display the leadership qualities required at the next level. Your manager will make these requirements clear so there is never any ambiguity about what it takes to advance.

Earning potential at True Vision Enterprises is performance-based and uncapped. Entry-level representatives earn a combination of base pay and performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to sales results.
As you advance through the career pathway, your earning potential grows significantly. Management-level team members have the opportunity to earn well above average industry wages, and those who advance to market manager positions build income streams tied to the performance of entire teams and territories.
