Full-TimeLead a team of sales representatives in one or more retail locations. Responsible for daily performance tracking, team training, motivation, and compliance. Team Leader candidates must have demonstrated sales performance at the entry level and show strong leadership qualities. This is a merit-based promotion — not an external hire — but we welcome applications from experienced candidates as well.
