True Vision's top performers gathered in Palm Springs for our annual leadership forum — an exclusive retreat at a private estate designed to recognize excellence and strengthen team connections. Between sessions with a private chef, poolside collaboration, and forward-focused strategy discussions, attendees left energized and aligned for the year ahead.
The team traded the office for the track at K1 Speed Irvine for a high-energy night of racing and connection. From friendly rivalries to first-time drivers finding their groove, the competition brought out plenty of laughs and team spirit. A great reminder that strong teams are built just as much through fun as they are through performance.
Through our Hands-In initiative, we raised over $3,700 for a local mental health project in Los Angeles through the company Season of Sunday — funding a dedicated mental health space for a Title 1 middle school. Our team's collective generosity reflects our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting the communities around us.
Pushing limits and stepping outside comfort zones, True Vision's top performers took on a full day at the OC Ropes Course. From rock walls to zip lines, the experience challenged the team mentally and physically while building trust, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Equal parts adrenaline and connection — an energizing day that reinforced the strength of the team.
